What are your shipping rates?
- We offer Free Shipping on all US orders. (We currently only ship to the US.)
How long does it take to receive my order?
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days (Monday to Saturday).
Delivery Time
Once processed, delivery usually takes 4 to 7 business days (Monday to Saturday) depending on your location. Please note that customs or local postal services may cause slight delays.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time, we only offer free standard shipping worldwide. While expedited shipping is not available, we ensure all orders are processed quickly and efficiently.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package on our website by visiting our Tracking Page.
Note that tracking information may take 1–3 days to update in the system.
What is your return policy?

How can I initiate a return or request a refund?

What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact Sasha Taylor Customer Service immediately at contact@stwigs.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs if the issue is due to a defect or error on our part.
